Born Michael James Meagher II, Mickey Majors is an American record producer/DJ/songwriter based out of Denver, Colorado and his sound musically has been said to rival some of the best. Playing piano since the age of 12 and making beats on MTV's Music Generator on PlayStation, Majors started producing music/song writing at age 20 and started DJing shortly after setting the stage on fire. Mickey is also part of a world class music production duo/band called The Jetsons comprised of Mick and childhood friend Jimmy Pricco also known as ZEE OTHER who is also a very talented music producer/DJ. Being centrally inspired to create music by the likes of Swizz Beatz, Kanye West, Timbaland, J-Dilla, and The Neptunes, Majors is focused like a lazer on pursuing their footsteps and ascending to the ranks of those greats that have come before him. Majors has produced for several different genres of music from neo-island, Pop, RnB, Neo-Soul, Trap, EDM and more teaming up with a multitude of different recording artist around the world. Specializing in piano, keyboard, sequencer/drum machine, turntables, DJ controller, synthesizer/sampler Majors using these elements to create timeless art in a widely diverse collection of music genres.
